We can work with any of the three options listed below:

2. Preliminary design with 3D visualizations, followed by a working design to obtain building permits. We provide authorial supervision of contractors during the execution of the work.
3. Preliminary design with 3D visualizations, followed by a working design to obtain building permits. Author supervision of subcontractors during the construction process. In this case, we are the general contractor.
